"A young man seeking to further his studies of magic takes an apprenticeship with a power-hungry and treacherous sorceress." 11 minutes, not rated, some violent content. Directed and designed by Shawn the Touched. This short had its debut screening at Project A-Kon 10 in Dallas, TX.
As with previous works, Apprentice combines hand-drawn character animation with a mixture of CG and traditional backgrounds and digitally composited special effects. In addition, this is the first White Radish short to be done on all-digital equipment, ensuring high quality video and audio all around.
